This project is included for the one-to-one replacement of existing fan coil units (FCUs) in HTD. The dismantlement of the existing FCU, including associated pipework, power connections and control cables shall be carried out. After that, the installation for new FCU shall be conducted, not limited to the existing connections of chilled water/ condensate pipes airduct and power supply with accessories including the rectification of defects during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
